Horses are a major part of my artistic practice. I create conceptual works, sculptures, and paintings where they are often an important part.
In this piece, you can see a gentle embodiment of a myth I created myself. It is a story about three small horses who, at night, were greedily chasing a red star across the sky - a star that could never be caught.
This becomes a parallel to our contemporary reality, which reminded me of human-horses and the star as a symbol of material values and endless pursuit of success. No matter how hard one tries to catch it, the star always escapes.
